Regional Sales Manager

This position is responsible for aggressively pursuing process cooling opportunities within North America. A proven track record of success in the refrigeration, heat-exchanger, and/or industrial HVAC sectors is essential. Candidates must demonstrate recent, hands-on experience in these industries, with a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics. The role requires analyzing the sales territory, mapping segments, pursuing customers, and opening new sales channels. Collaboration with the overall sales structure and Dimplex independent sales representatives is critical to drive sales in the territory. The ideal candidate is energetic, professional, and passionate about delivering results, with a strong background in generating leads through cold-calling, social selling (e.g., LinkedIn), and trade associations. Applicants without direct, relevant industry experience will not be considered.
