In this role, you’ll manage a defined <\/span>sales territory<\/span>, build strategic partnerships, and execute growth strategies for <\/span>energy systems and industrial power solutions<\/span>.<\/span>

Key Responsibilities:<\/span>

Develop and execute a <\/span>territory growth plan<\/span> to exceed revenue targets.<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>
Build relationships with engineers, contractors, and executive decision -makers.<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>
Collaborate with marketing to introduce <\/span>new energy products and programs<\/span>.<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>
Manage leads, accounts, and reporting within the company <\/span>CRM/ERP system<\/span>.<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>
Analyze competitors and identify new <\/span>market opportunities<\/span>.<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>
Deliver insights and feedback to improve <\/span>customer experience<\/span> and profitability.<\/span>

<\/p>
Bachelor’s Degree <\/span>(preferred but not required)<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>
5+ years<\/span> of B2B sales or <\/span>territory development experience<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>
Knowledge of <\/span>energy systems, power solutions, or industrial equipment<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>
Proven ability to manage a pipeline and close deals<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>
Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>
Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive problem -solving abilities<\/span>
<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

Base Salary:<\/span> $150,000 – $162,900<\/span>
