United Connect is hiring a <\/span>Regional Sales Manager<\/span> to lead business growth in <\/span>energy solutions, power systems, and industrial equipment sales<\/span> across <\/span>New York<\/span>. This role focuses on developing new business, strengthening client relationships, and capturing market share in the <\/span>energy technology<\/span> and <\/span>power generation<\/span> space.<\/span>

In this role, you’ll manage a defined <\/span>sales territory<\/span>, build strategic partnerships, and execute growth strategies for <\/span>energy systems and industrial power solutions<\/span>.<\/span>

Key Responsibilities:<\/span>

  • Develop and execute a <\/span>territory growth plan<\/span> to exceed revenue targets.<\/span>

  • Build relationships with engineers, contractors, and executive decision -makers.<\/span>

  • Manage leads, accounts, and reporting within the company <\/span>CRM/ERP system<\/span>.<\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>

    • Bachelor’s Degree <\/span>(preferred but not required)<\/span>

    • Knowledge of <\/span>energy systems, power solutions, or industrial equipment<\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Proven ability to manage a pipeline and close deals<\/span>
