    Description

    Description:

Lead our showrooms. Build the team. Own the number.

Norfolk Kitchen & Bath is a family-owned, fourth-generation company founded in 1934, with our own cabinet manufacturing and distribution behind every showroom. We're looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead our Boston, Braintree, and Framingham showrooms.

This job is about people. You'll coach designers into stronger sellers, keep the team steady when a customer or a coworker gets tense, and own the region's sales, forecast, and margin. You'll also build relationships with builders, remodelers, and designers who send us repeat work.

    Why join Norfolk

    • Fourth-generation family company with 90+ years of stability, not a PE rollup.
    • You own a region, with real say in showroom strategy and new locations.
    • Our own manufacturing and distribution, so you sell with a real advantage.
    • Clear career levels (Developing, Full Performance, Senior) and a review built on the same five areas you'll be hired against.

    What you'll do

    • Set and hit sales and profitability goals for three showrooms, partnering with other company leaders.
    • Coach, recruit, and develop 20+ kitchen and bath designers and coordinators.
    • Work closely with our in-house construction team to help close and manage design-build jobs.
    • Review quotes, open orders, margin, and commissions with each salesperson.
    • Resolve customer issues with diplomacy, as a Norfolk brand ambassador.
    • Lead CRM adoption and help us open new locations.
    Requirements:
    • 7+ years in kitchen and bath, cabinetry, or building products sales, with 3-5+ years leading a sales team.
    • A record of meeting revenue and margin goals.
    • Real enjoyment in developing people.
    • Comfort traveling between our three showrooms.
    • Strong organization, delegation, and time management skills.
    • Solid product knowledge of cabinets, countertops, and design.

Four generations built it. Help us build what's next.
