This is an opportunity to join a collaborative and entrepreneurial sales organisation where individuals are empowered to make an impact, influence strategy, and build long-term customer relationships.Job DescriptionAs a Regional Sales Manager, you will:Manage and grow an established sales territory across the western United States and western Canada.Develop and execute territory growth strategies to exceed annual revenue targets.Lead direct sales activity while supporting channel partner development and performance.Build strong relationships with distributors, end users, maintenance professionals, and reliability engineers.Conduct customer presentations, product demonstrations, and commercial discussions.Collaborate with channel partners on joint sales calls and strategic account development.Identify and convert new business opportunities within mining, industrial, transportation, agriculture, municipal, and power generation sectors.Drive growth within both existing accounts and targeted new customer segments.Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurately forecast opportunities.Work closely with senior sales leadership to develop territory expansion plans.Travel extensively throughout the region to support customers and channel partners.Deliver quarterly and annual sales objectives while maintaining strong customer satisfaction.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
