Base Salary: $60,000- $90,000 annually.
Performance Bonus: Uncapped and tied to regional profitability; strong years reach well into five figures.
Benefits: Comprehensive health, dental, and vision; 401(k) plan.
Product Credit: Monthly credit so you can use the products you love.
Ability to travel 25% and work evenings/weekends for events.
Preferred: Experience in direct selling, network marketing, or field sales leadership.
Preferred: Bilingual skills, especially Spanish, are a major plus.
