    Job Description

    What you will be doing:

    • Directly participate in sales efforts to close orders.
    • Coordinate fluid power sales and systems with various branches and regional managers.
    • Identify target accounts and prospects.
    • Work with the marketing team to produce marketing materials and events promoting fluid power.
    • Provide marketing suggestions for social media posts and other digital content.
    • Utilize AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and manufacturer-provided software.
    • Provide advanced-level technical application support via phone, video conference, or in person.
    • Stay current on new products and technologies and educate customers and Purvis team members about these new developments.
    • Determine final disposition of warranty claims and work with suppliers to resolve difficult cases.
    • Produce and present technical training for customers and Purvis team members about hydraulic and pneumatic fluid power.
    • Other duties as assigned by management.

    Experience you will need:

    • Strong knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic fluid power, engineering principles, and creative problem-solving.
    • Strong customer service and communication skills.
    • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
    • Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
    • Proficiencies: Microsoft Office, Teams.
    • Good driving record.
    • Prefer a B.S. in Engineering or Mechatronics or equivalent experience.
    • Five (5) years of hydraulic and pneumatic fluid power experience.
