Regional Sales Manager | Medical Device

Base Salary: $150,000 | First-Year OTE: $275,000+

The Opportunity

We are partnering with a publicly traded medical device company seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow a network of independent 1099 sales representatives across a four-state territory.

This role focuses on driving sales of an innovative home-use medical device for the treatment of migraines through the Veterans Affairs (VA) healthcare system.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of medical device sales leadership experience.
• Extensive VA sales experience, specifically working directly with VA Prosthetics Departments.
• Strong understanding of the VA purchasing and approval process for home-use medical devices.
• Proven success managing sales teams and driving revenue growth.
• Experience managing 1099 sales representatives preferred.
• Must reside in Texas and be willing to travel throughout the region.

Compensation & Benefits

• $150,000 base salary
• $275,000 first-year OTE, with significant additional earning potential for exceeding sales targets.
