About Floreo
Floreo is pioneering the use of Virtual Reality (VR) to create immersive, therapeutic, and educational experiences for neurodiverse children and adults. Our evidence-based platform is used across therapy, educational, and family settings, and we are developing a regulated Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) for commercialization in 2026. Beyond 2026, Floreo is developing new products leveraging AI, including an ADHD therapeutic and an autism assessment tool. Overview
The Central Regional Sales Director - Healthcare & Education is responsible for generating new revenue and expanding existing customer relationships across both clinical and education markets. This individual contributor will sell into clinics, therapy practices, behavioral health organizations, and human services providers, as well as K-12 school districts, charter and private schools, vocational and adult residencies, and state education agencies.

This role requires someone who operates with a solutions-first mindset, takes ownership, and thrives as a self-starter in a fast-paced, evolving environment. The ideal candidate brings experience selling prescription-based or clinically utilized technologies, including digital therapeutics (DTx), software as a medical device (SaMD), or other regulated solutions and understands the unique procurement, funding, and decision-making dynamics of the education sector, including IDEA (Individuals with Disabilities Education Act)/special education funding pathways and the role of IEP teams in technology adoption. This person can credibly engage clinical, administrative, and operational stakeholders, and as well as special education directors, district administrators and state-level program officers.

You are a relationship-driven sales professional who leads with curiosity and earns trust by understanding the problems clinicians, administrators, educators, and special education directors are trying to solve. You understand both the clinical buying motion and/or the education sector from the inside out to include budget cycles, committee decisions, IEP meetings, reimbursement context, and the genuine passion clinicians and educators bring to supporting neurodiverse individuals. You possess the technical knowledge to navigate complex clinical and SaMD go-to-market dynamics and the instructional ability to mentor and onboard other team members across both motions. You bring both the discipline of a seasoned sales representative and the adaptability of someone who thrives when the playbook is still being written. You are motivated by mission- improving outcomes for neurodiverse individuals and families and you see every customer conversation as a direct investment in the people Floreo serves.
