Regional Safety Manager

Five-S Group is looking for a Regional Safety Manager that will be responsible for providing operational HSE leadership, team oversight, and strategic risk management across heavy civil projects and operations throughout North and South Texas. The Regional Safety Manager will lead a team of 4 to 15 safety professionals, ensure compliance with corporate HSE programs and regulatory requirements, and partner with project leadership to promote a strong safety culture.

Five-S Group is looking for a Regional Safety Manager that will be responsible for providing operational HSE leadership, team oversight, and strategic risk management across heavy civil projects and operations throughout North and South Texas. The Regional Safety Manager will lead a team of 4 to 15 safety professionals, ensure compliance with corporate HSE programs and regulatory requirements, and partner with project leadership to promote a strong safety culture. This is a full-time position that requires approximately 40% – 60% regional travel throughout Texas.Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
