Allied Universal is hiring a Regional Recruiting Director for the Central Region. The Regional Recruiting Director leads a team of Recruiting Managers and recruiters responsible for developing talent pipelines and delivering qualified candidates to support high-volume hiring needs across the Central Region. This role ensures the effective use of recruiting technology, including iCIMS, AI-powered hiring tools, sourcing platforms, and talent engagement strategies to attract, engage, and hire quality talent in a timely manner. The Regional Recruiting Director partners with hiring managers, operations leadership, and clients to drive recruiting performance, improve hiring outcomes, and support workforce needs. Success in this role is measured by the ability to build talent pipelines, reduce non-billable overtime (NBOT), improve retention, enhance the candidate experience, and deliver exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Direct all recruiting activities in the Region and ensure:
  • Approved high-volume recruitment process is followed for improved time to fill
  • An adequate number of qualified candidates are identified and screened
  • Creative sourcing tactics are used on a weekly basis
  • College, Diversity, Military, and other targeted recruiting tactics are deployed
  • Community Sources are set up and provide hires on a consistent basis
  • Wage subsidy programs are found and utilized as appropriate
  • Region Staff meetings are conducted on a weekly basis
  • Weekly recruitment reports are pulled from iCIMS and BI platform, and used as management tools to target critical accounts and recruitment efforts
  • New recruiters and recruitment support staff are hired and trained appropriately
  • Ensure recruiters comply with contracts, state licensing, federal agency/employment law (EEOC, OFCCP), and other regulatory requirements related to recruitment
  • Provide leadership and guidance to Operations teams to drive adoption and effective use of recruiting technology, including iCIMS and proprietary AI-powered hiring solutions, while ensuring hiring managers actively participate in the selection and placement process in a timely and consistent manner
  • Partner with recruiting marketing team for regional recruitment budget to ensure appropriate advertising methods are used for best Return on Investment (ROI)
  • Work in partnership with Operations to manage clients in areas related to recruitment and retention activities:
  • Participate in sales presentations (when appropriate)
  • Assist in managing client expectations around recruitment needs and workforce optimization
  • Ensure client concerns are addressed, acted on, and improved in a reasonable time frame
  • Hold recruiting team accountable for understanding and complying with individual contract requirements

QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):

  • Must possess one or more of the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field

  • Associate's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field with a minimum of four (4) years in a management role within a large service-related private sector organization

  • High School diploma or equivalent with a minimum of six (6) years in a management role within a large service-related private sector organization

  • Minimum of (6) years of experience recruiting in a high-volume, full-life cycle recruiting environment

  • Demonstrates strong sourcing expertise by leveraging recruiting technology, social media platforms, talent intelligence tools, professional networks, competitive market insights, and innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage qualified candidates

  • Polished written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate clear direction and expectations; modify messaging based on audience (executive, team, client, candidate, etc.)

  • Able to build and foster collaborative partnerships with hiring managers, operations leadership, and clients by providing strategic guidance, identifying workforce challenges and opportunities, and driving actionable solutions that support hiring objectives, workforce readiness, and exceptional service delivery through proactive communication and follow-through

  • Champions an exceptional candidate experience by effectively engaging active and passive talent, communicating the organization's value proposition, and building meaningful connections that attract and inspire top talent to join the organization

  • Exercises strong judgment and decision-making skills to coach stakeholders, influence talent acquisition strategies, and drive effective hiring outcomes through collaboration, consultation, and data-informed recommendations

  • Promotes a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement by holding self and others accountable for achieving recruiting objectives, service commitments, and business outcomes

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):

  • Recruiting or Sourcing Certification (i.e., AIRS CIR etc.)
