    Position Title Regional Real Estate Administrator
    Experience Level 1 (1-5 years)
    Work Location: White Plains, NY 10601
    Duration of Assignment: 12 month

    Project Overview:

    • This position provides key support to the Director of Corporate Real Estate in the SENY Region and provides ongoing real estate expertise for major corporate initiatives and projects.
    • Also provides real estate support and expertise to other managers in the region.

    Job Functions & Responsibilities

    • Manages real property assets in support of operational and safety requirements. Serves as primary liaison with third parties seeking to use real estate assets.
    • Supports new projects and Vision 2030 Renewed initiatives with a broad range of real estate services.

    Responsibilities:

    • Foster and maintain positive property relationships in assigned region
    • Lead all permitting processes associated with fee and easement areas in assigned region
    • Support all new and developing project initiatives in assigned region with real property information and support with the execution of property agreements
    • Serve as Real Estate liaison and administrator to internal stakeholders, external stakeholders, including utility companies, municipal zoning and planning departments
    • Relay third party enquiries to internal stakeholders
    • Represent Real Estate department at all appropriate meetings in and around assigned location

    Skills:

    • Ability to work independently with good judgement and detail orientation
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and courteously when interacting with supervisors or stakeholders
    • Experience in real estate, land acquisition, utilities, or related fields preferred
    • Experience reading/reviewing title and appraisal documents, maps, and real estate agreements such as easements, leases, and deeds preferred
    • Strong research skills with experience using county records and property databases preferred
    • Excellent organizational abilities with a focus on accuracy, documentation, and version control
    • Ability to manage multiple deadlines, track tasks, and communicate proactively
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and SharePoint or similar document management platforms
    • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, consultants, third parties, and external agencies

    Education & Certifications:

    • Preferred: Minimum of an Associates degree in Business, Real Estate Administration, Surveying, or related field with previous experience within a real estate-related setting such as a law office, survey firm, or title company, or equivalent work experience.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in real estate and/or the utility industry
    • Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills
    • Experience maintaining trackers, databases, or project management tools
    • Experience with Geographic Information Systems (ArcGIS, QGIS, or similar)
    • Familiarity with public records, permitting processes, or regulatory environments
