Our Regional Property Managers are true business leaders who direct operations, sales, finances, and team development across a large, diverse portfolio of multifamily communities. This is a highly visible, field-based leadership role designed for professionals who thrive in the communities they support - not behind a desk.

    What You'll Do

    • Provide strategic oversight and operational leadership for multiple communities throughout the Northern Colorado area.
    • Maintain a strong onsite presence, visiting communities 4-5 days per week to support teams, evaluate operations, and drive results.
    • Lead, coach, and develop Community Managers and onsite teams to achieve exceptional resident experiences and business performance.
    • Manage a diverse portfolio that includes both new-build communities and mature, stabilized assets, adapting strategies to meet each property's unique needs.
    • Oversee property budgets, revenue growth initiatives, expense management, and overall financial performance.
    • Drive leasing performance, occupancy, resident retention, and customer satisfaction across the portfolio.
    • Partner closely with maintenance and operations teams to ensure communities are well-maintained and operating at the highest standards.
    • Ensure compliance with all legal requirements, company policies, and operational standards.
    • Serve as a hands-on leader who is regularly present in the communities, identifying opportunities, solving challenges, and supporting team success.

    What We're Looking For

    • Proven experience leading multiple multifamily communities and high-performing onsite teams.
    • Strong operational, financial, and leadership skills with the ability to manage a large, geographically dispersed portfolio.
    • Experience overseeing a mix of lease-ups, new construction, and established communities.
    • A collaborative, hands-on leadership style with a passion for mentoring teams and delivering exceptional resident experiences.
    • Willingness and ability to spend the majority of the workweek onsite at properties throughout the portfolio.
