We're looking for a Regional Performance Operations Specialist to partner with dealership and regional leadership across New York, New Jersey, and Philadelphia. This role is highly relationship-driven, working directly with General Managers, OVPs, and other operational leaders to understand performance, identify opportunities, and help drive stronger business results.

You don't need to be a financial analyst. You do need to be comfortable reviewing dealership performance data, recognizing trends, asking the right questions, and confidently speaking to what the numbers are telling you.

The right person understands the pace and dynamics of automotive retail, builds trust quickly, and can move seamlessly between analyzing performance and having practical conversations with dealership leaders.

Location: Supports dealerships across New York, New Jersey, and Philadelphia Travel: Up to 45% regional travel

Target Hiring Range: $60,000-$80,000

What You'll Do

• Build strong relationships with General Managers, OVPs, and dealership leadership teams across the region.
• Partner with dealership leaders to understand performance challenges, priorities, and opportunities.
• Review dealership financial and operational performance and translate the data into practical, actionable insights.
• Identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities, then communicate what you're seeing to leadership.
• Probe to understand the why behind the numbers, not simply report the results.
• Help leaders track performance initiatives and maintain accountability around goals and opportunities.
• Prepare clear reports, dashboards, and presentations that support productive performance conversations.
• Support new dealership acquisitions and integrations by helping establish relationships, expectations, and performance rhythms.
• Share best practices and identify opportunities to improve consistency across dealerships.
• Support regional leadership with special projects and evolving business priorities.

What You'll Bring

• 2+ years of experience in dealership operations, regional support, performance management, financial analysis, or a related role.
• Confidence having performance-focused conversations, asking challenging questions, and communicating recommendations professionally.
• Ability to review financial and operational data, recognize trends, and explain findings in straightforward business terms.
• Ability to work independently in the field and navigating different leadership styles and dealership environments.
• Excel and reporting experience sufficient to analyze dealership performance and communicate findings.

Total Rewards

At Lithia & Driveway, we believe in pay transparency. The full compensation range for this position is $60,000-85,000, reflecting the earning potential and growth opportunities available within the role. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, job-related knowledge, and geographic location. Final pay decisions are made through the interview process and in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
