Job Purpose: To provide overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects inside Home Depot and other Retailers while working directly with Field Capital Project Merchants to manage project budgets and materials. Tasks and Responsibilities - Planning and implementation of projects
- Define project scope, goals and deliverables
- Define project tasks and resource requirements
- Assemble and coordinate project staff
- Manage project budget
- Plan and schedule project timelines
- Track project deliverables using web based tools
- Provide direction and support to project team
- Constantly monitor and report on progress of all projects
- Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve completion
- Must be willing to travel weekly outside the state
