POSITION TITLE: Regional Operations Manager

LOCATION: Houston, TX
SUMMARY: We are seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead and oversee field operations across multiple industrial project sites in the Freeport, TX area. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and profitable execution of projects while building strong teams and maintaining client relationships
DUTIES OR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple job sites, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals and client expectations.
- Manage labor, equipment, and subcontractor resources across projects.
- Collaborate with project managers, safety personnel, and executive leadership to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to drive performance and continuous improvement.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop field leadership and operations teams.
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations management within the
- industrial and mechanical construction industries.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, business, or related field.
- Certification in operations management or a relevant field
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance standards
- Experience in petrochemical, refining, or heavy industrial sectors
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management and operational software.
- Ability to travel locally and regionally as needed
