What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead from the Front: Direct and mentor Project Managers, Superintendents, and Foremen across all regional commercial jobsites.

• Command the P&L: Manage operational budgets, labor utilization, material logistics, and equipment allocation to maximize project margins.

• Set the Safety Standard: Cultivate an absolute zero-accident safety culture while ensuring full OSHA compliance across all job sites.

• Build the Legacy: Solve complex field challenges, manage key client relationships, and ensure every roof meets elite quality standards.

What You Bring to the Table

• 8+ years in commercial roofing with 3+ years in a senior operational leadership role.

• Deep knowledge of single-ply, modified bitumen, built-up, and metal roofing systems.

• Proven experience managing P&L, project scheduling, and multi-million-dollar operational budgets.

• OSHA 30 certification and executive-level communication skills.
