The Department of Developmental Services (DDS) is seeking a dynamic, innovative leader to serve as our Regional Operations Manager (ROM) for the Central West Region. In this pivotal role, you will be the operational backbone of a region managing a one-billion-dollar annual budget, ensuring our agency continues to provide genuine, community-based opportunities for individuals with intellectual disabilities.
We are looking for a hands-on executive who embraces our mission and combines sound financial acumen with exceptional leadership and meticulous organizational skills to drive excellence across our administrative and budgetary systems.
As the ROM, you will spearhead the regional operational strategy, ensuring that both State Operated Services and community-based programs have the resources they need to thrive.

Applicants must have at least (A) six (6) years of full-time or, equivalent part-time, professional, administrative, supervisory, or managerial experience in business administration, business management, public administration, public management, clinical administration or clinical management of which (B) at least two (2) years must have been in a supervisory or managerial capacity or (C) any equivalent combination of the required experience and substitutions below.
Substitutions:
I. A certificate in a relevant or related field may be substituted for one (1) year of the required (A) experience.
