    Description

    Step into a Day-in-the-Life

It’s Monday morning and you’re wheels-up from your home base near a major airport—greater Atlanta or greater Dallas preferred—charting a course across a territory that spans the southern half of the U.S., from Colorado through Florida. You’re the face of FlexScreen | RiteScreen, the nation’s largest independent screen manufacturer, building new relationships and deepening those you’ve already secured.

Your mission has two tracks—and two ways to win:

    • Expand the RiteScreen OEM component footprint with window and door manufacturers across the South.
    • Secure new FlexScreen licensing partners through consultative, longer-cycle conversations.

Expect roughly a 70% focus on net-new business and 30% on nurturing and growing what you’ve already built.

    How your week might look

    • Map target OEMs, book plant tours, and present component solutions aligned to their production needs.
    • Guide prospective licensees through demos, ROI modeling, and deal terms for FlexScreen.
    • Own the pipeline end to end—prospect, qualify, negotiate, close—and then manage and expand those wins.
    • Travel the region frequently to stay close to customers and opportunities.

    What you bring

    • 5–10 years of sales in the window & door sector; you understand OEM operations, buying cycles, and decision makers.
    • Existing relationships or insight into glass manufacturers and adjacent feeder industries.
    • Versatility: switch comfortably between transactional component selling and long-horizon licensing discussions.
    • Self-driven, competitive, and fully comfortable with travel across a large geography.

    Compensation & rewards

    • Base salary: $90,000–$120,000
    • Bonus for each new licensee signed, plus licensing royalty commission
    • Commission on FlexScreen manufacturing and traditional screen sales (variable contribution margin)
    • Car allowance and Cell allowance; all travel fully reimbursed
    • Full benefits and 401(k) with company match

A strong hunter here out-earns the base significantly — the structure is built to reward new business.
