Are you an experienced Regional Nurse Consultant or accomplished Director of Nursing looking to join a resident-focused organization that truly supports its clinical leaders?
We are seeking a passionate RN leader to support a portfolio of well-established Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care facilities throughout the greater Naperville region, with buildings located between Aurora and Chicago. Facilities range from approximately 100 to 250+ beds, offering a diverse clinical environment supported by experienced leadership teams.

What You'll Do
As a Regional Nurse Consultant, you'll partner with Directors of Nursing and facility leadership to drive clinical excellence by:
- Mentoring and supporting Directors of Nursing and clinical teams
- Improving quality measures and clinical outcomes
- Providing education, coaching, and regulatory guidance
- Enhancing and reinforcing established policies and procedures
- Assisting facilities with survey readiness and compliance
- Promoting best practices that improve resident care and operational success
- Collaborating with experienced corporate clinical leadership committed to your success
This is a collaborative leadership role focused on developing people, strengthening clinical operations, and ensuring exceptional resident outcomes.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Previous Regional Nurse Consultant experience or extensive multi-building oversight
- Prior Director of Nursing experience in Skilled Nursing/Long-Term Care
- Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, survey process, and quality measures
- Proven leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- Ability to travel throughout the assigned region
