Regional Non-CDL Route Driver & Warehouse Associate

Step into a day that blends the road with warehouse precision

At 7:30 AM, you’re in, reviewing your route and loading a box truck with care. Half your day you’re out on local deliveries to contractors across the region—greeting customers with professionalism, confirming orders, and keeping to schedule. The other half, you’re on the floor: pulling and verifying orders, scanning inventory, receiving and stocking materials, and keeping aisles clean and safe. By 4:00 PM, you’ve wrapped up a day of accurate deliveries and organized inventory—ready to do it again tomorrow.

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay Rate: $20–$25 per hour
• Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
• Employment Type: Full-time, in-person

What you’ll take on

• Split your time roughly 50/50 between local non-CDL deliveries and warehouse operations
• Load, secure, transport, and deliver materials safely and on time to contractors throughout the region
• Offer friendly, professional customer service during each delivery
• Pull, verify, and stage orders with strong attention to detail
• Operate computers, handheld scanners, and inventory systems to track product movement
• Receive, stock, and organize incoming materials; confirm correct products and quantities ship out
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Follow all company, warehouse, and DOT safety procedures

What helps you succeed

• 2+ years of professional non-CDL box truck delivery driving experience required
• Valid New York State driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Current DOT medical card required
• Experience in warehouses, order picking, or material handling preferred
• Comfort working with computers, scanners, and inventory systems
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Accuracy mindset, dependable attendance, and punctuality
• Clear communication and customer service skills
• Works well independently and with a warehouse team
