    Business Hours: Monday & Tuesday 9am – 4:30pm, Wednesday 8am to 4:30pm, Thursday & Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 1pm. Employees are scheduled 36-40 hours per week with rotating Saturdays off. Actual shift may vary based on branch opening/closing/balancing needs.

    Starting pay, $23-25/hr based on experience.

    Provide legendary service to members by welcoming them to the financial center.

    • Acts as a member liaison, supporting member convenience with all credit union technology available. Supports member transactions through use of Interactive Teller Machines as needed.
    • Provides advanced consumer account information including IRA, Trust, Estate and Business accounts.
    • Research and solve member questions, problems, and complaints.
    • Maintain our culture while achieving department goals.
    • Conducts consumer loan closings and account openings, secures required identification, explains all legal documents, and reviews documentation for accuracy.
    • Achieves and maintains designation as Notary Public and provides notary services as requested.

    Candidates should have a high school graduate/equivalent or higher with a minimum of one year sales/customer service experience. Prior banking experience preferred. Ability to meet sales goals, strong attention to detail and communicate effectively. Computer proficiency within Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

    *NMLS licensing obtained within initial training period.
