The Regional Marketing Operations Specialist reports to the Regional Marketing Operations Manager and
supports the consistent and efficient execution of marketing operations across multiple divisions within
the centralized regional marketing structure. This role provides operational oversight and coordination of
key priorities across field marketing activities by coordinating marketing workflows, maintaining visibility to
key initiatives, supporting community launches and closeouts, and ensuring deliverables are completed
accurately and on time.
Your Responsibilities on the Team
• Provide day-to-day operational guidance to Marketing Field Coordinators, helping prioritize
workloads, identify process gaps and maintain consistent execution across the region.
• Lead key regional marketing operational initiatives and special projects, driving accountability,
follow-through and resolution across multiple divisions.
• Manage and maintain regional marketing trackers, calendars and workflows, including AIM,
providing the Region Marketing Operations Manager with visibility to deadlines, deliverables and
outstanding action items.
• Collaborate and serve as a cross-functional resource for regional marketing, division leadership,
sales teams and other business partners to facilitate communication and resolve operational
needs.
• Manage key marketing operational processes, including vendor coordination, budget tracking,
marketing orders, estimates, invoices and reconciliation ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Monitor and support key operational activities including community openings and closeouts,
Welcome Home Centers, models, signage, collateral, events, sales requests and other division
marketing priorities.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying operational gaps and recommending solutions that
increase efficiency, consistency and scalability across the region.
Your Toolbox
• Bachelor of Science or Arts degree or equivalent required/ High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 2 years of relevant marketing experience in home building, real estate, or consumer-
facing industries required.
• Experience supporting multiple projects, communities, or markets preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple deadlines across
various communities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build effective partnerships with internal
teams and sales teams
• Resourceful and solution- oriented
• Monthly travel (3-4 assigned divisions) to support division and local marketing initiatives,
execution oversight, and as needed gap coverage.
• Demonstrate confidence in using digital and analytical tools to monitor and optimize alignment
between the online experience and Welcome Home Centers.
• Knowledge of Microsoft office applications required

operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25
