    About VIA98 Workforce

VIA98 Workforce is an established staffing and workforce solutions company with industry experience dating back to 1998. Headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida, we provide temporary staffing, temp-to-hire, direct hire recruiting, payroll services, and customized workforce solutions to businesses across multiple industries.

As part of our strategic growth initiative, we are expanding into additional markets throughout Florida and seeking experienced staffing industry leaders who are ready to build and manage their own territories with the support of an established organization.

We are not looking to simply hire additional salespeople. We are seeking proven industry professionals who bring established business relationships, an existing client portfolio, and the ability to generate revenue from the beginning.

    The Opportunity

VIA98 Workforce is seeking an entrepreneurial Regional Managing Partner to lead the development and growth of a designated Florida market.

The ideal candidate is currently working in the staffing and recruiting industry, or has recent, substantial experience within it, and maintains strong relationships with employers who regularly utilize staffing and workforce services.

This opportunity is specifically designed for an established staffing professional who has built a successful book of business and wants to leverage those relationships with the infrastructure, operational support, and resources of VIA98 Workforce.

We are looking for someone who brings business to the table, not someone who needs to build their entire client pipeline from scratch.

The selected individual will take ownership of market development, client acquisition, revenue generation, and long-term territory growth.

    Key Responsibilities

    Market Development & Revenue Generation

    • Leverage an existing network of qualified employer relationships to generate immediate business opportunities.

    • Introduce VIA98 Workforce's services to established clients and decision-makers within the assigned territory.

    • Develop and execute a territory growth plan focused on near-term revenue and long-term profitability.

    • Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships into additional staffing and workforce service offerings.

    • Establish new accounts while maintaining and growing a foundation of established business relationships.

    • Build a sustainable market presence through referrals, strategic relationships, and industry engagement.

    Client Relationship Management

    • Serve as the primary relationship executive for key accounts within the territory.

    • Maintain direct relationships with business owners, executives, human resources leaders, operations managers, and hiring decision-makers.

    • Understand client workforce requirements and develop appropriate staffing solutions.

    • Negotiate staffing agreements, pricing, and commercial terms in coordination with corporate leadership.

    • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and account profitability.

    Territory Leadership & Operations

    • Take responsibility for the financial performance and growth of the assigned territory.

    • Collaborate with VIA98's centralized recruiting, payroll, compliance, and administrative teams to deliver workforce solutions.

    • Identify opportunities to establish a local office or expand local operations as business volume justifies additional investment.

    • Recruit, develop, and manage local sales or recruiting personnel as the market grows.

    • Monitor revenue, gross profit, customer retention, and operational performance.

    • Provide regular business forecasts, pipeline updates, and market performance reports to executive leadership.

    Required Qualifications

Candidates must meet the following core requirements:

    1. Established staffing industry experience: Significant experience in commercial staffing, professional recruiting, workforce solutions, or a closely related staffing business.

    2. Existing book of business or proven client relationships: An active and established network of employer relationships with realistic near-term staffing opportunities.

    3. Demonstrated revenue generation: A documented history of securing staffing accounts, growing client portfolios, and generating profitable business.

    4. Strong local market knowledge: Established relationships and familiarity with employers, industries, and hiring trends within the territory being pursued.

    5. Decision-maker access: Existing professional relationships with individuals responsible for hiring, staffing budgets, vendor selection, or workforce management.

    6. Entrepreneurial leadership: Ability to operate independently, make sound business decisions, and take ownership of market performance.

    7. Financial understanding: Knowledge of staffing pricing, bill rates, pay rates, payroll burden, gross margins, and account profitability.

    Preferred Background

We are particularly interested in candidates currently serving or previously successful as:

    • Staffing Agency Branch Manager

    • Regional Staffing Manager or Director

    • Staffing Industry Business Development Director

    • Area Vice President of Staffing

    • Regional Vice President of Operations

    • Staffing Agency Owner or Former Owner

    • Staffing Industry Sales Executive with an Established Book of Business

    • Recruiting or Workforce Solutions Market Leader

Experience in light industrial, logistics, manufacturing, skilled trades, administrative, professional, hospitality, or other high-volume staffing markets is especially valuable.

    What VIA98 Workforce Offers

Unlike starting an independent staffing company, our Regional Managing Partners can leverage an established business platform and focus their efforts on developing revenue and managing client relationships.

    VIA98 Workforce provides access to:

    • Established corporate leadership and staffing industry expertise.

    • Centralized recruiting and talent acquisition support.

    • Payroll processing, workforce administration, and back-office infrastructure.

    • Established business systems and operational processes.

    • Corporate branding, marketing, and administrative resources.

    • Support with employment compliance, insurance, and workforce operations.

    • Opportunities to build and develop a territory without independently establishing every element of a staffing business.

    • A performance-oriented environment where individual contributions and profitable growth are recognized.

The specific resources, operational responsibilities, and financial arrangements will be established based on the territory, business potential, and qualifications of the selected candidate.

    Performance Expectations

This position is intended for individuals capable of producing measurable results within a reasonable initial transition period.

Successful candidates should be prepared to discuss:

    • Their existing client relationships and target accounts.

    • Historical annual staffing revenue and gross profit generated or managed.

    • Current market demand among their professional contacts.

    • Potential staffing opportunities that could realistically transition or develop under VIA98 Workforce.

    • A preliminary 90-day revenue development plan.

    • Their strategy for building a profitable, sustainable territory.

Any business development activities must respect existing contractual obligations, confidentiality requirements, and applicable non-solicitation restrictions. Candidates are not expected or authorized to disclose proprietary client information or improperly transfer accounts.

Who This Position Is Not For

This opportunity is not designed for candidates who:

    • Are new to the staffing and recruiting industry.

    • Have primarily internal HR or talent acquisition experience without external staffing sales experience.

    • Require extensive training to develop or manage staffing client relationships.

    • Have no established employer relationships or demonstrated staffing revenue history.

    • Expect VIA98 to provide an existing portfolio of accounts for them to manage.

    • Are looking exclusively for a salaried position without meaningful accountability for market development and financial performance.

We are seeking established professionals who are ready to contribute from the beginning.

    Our Vision for Florida Expansion

Our goal is to establish VIA98 Workforce as a recognized staffing and workforce solutions partner throughout Florida by developing strong regional markets under experienced local leadership.

Rather than expanding through offices alone, we intend to grow through capable business leaders who understand their communities, know their clients, and have demonstrated the ability to produce profitable business.

We believe the right combination of established client relationships, entrepreneurial leadership, and centralized corporate support can create significant long-term growth opportunities.
