Regional Manager, Two-Studio Operations
Position Overview
The Regional Manager is responsible for the performance and daily oversight of two Stretch Zone studios. This hands-on leadership role is accountable for sales growth, member retention, staffing, employee development, customer experience, and financial performance across both locations.
The Regional Manager will divide their time between the studios based on business needs, maintain a consistent presence with each team, and work directly with employees to achieve sales and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Financial Performance
  • Own daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance across both studios.
  • Establish studio and employee sales goals and monitor progress.
  • Analyze leads, appointments, show rates, closing percentages, membership sales, revenue, cancellations, refunds, and retention.
  • Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans.
  • Prepare sales and revenue projections and explain variances from goals and budgets.
  • Manage staffing and payroll utilization based on revenue and operating needs.
  • Support membership sales, lead follow-up, and conversion when needed.
Studio Operations
  • Maintain a regular presence at both studios and divide time based on performance and operational needs.
  • Ensure each studio is properly staffed for scheduled appointments, lead activity, and peak hours.
  • Review employee schedules, attendance, timekeeping, and labor utilization.
  • Ensure operational and performance reports are accurate and completed on time.
  • Maintain consistent service, cleanliness, safety, and brand standards.
  • Resolve escalated member concerns and identify recurring service issues.
  • Ensure compliance with Stretch Zone policies, procedures, systems, and corporate initiatives.
  • Maintain sufficient knowledge of Stretch Zone protocols to evaluate service quality and provide occasional practitioner coverage when necessary.
Team Leadership and Development
  • Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and retain high-performing employees.
  • Set clear expectations for sales associates, Stretch Practitioners, and studio leadership.
  • Conduct regular coaching, performance reviews, and corrective-action discussions.
  • Hold employees accountable for sales activity, member experience, attendance, and overall performance.
  • Develop employees who are capable of assuming greater responsibility.
  • Build a consistent culture and operating approach across both studios.
Business Development
  • Conduct structured weekly meetings with clear objectives, action items, owners, and deadlines.
  • Develop studio-specific action plans based on sales, staffing, retention, and operating results.
  • Execute corporate promotions and local marketing initiatives.
  • Build relationships with nearby businesses, healthcare providers, fitness organizations, and community groups.
  • Monitor local competition and identify opportunities to increase leads and memberships.
  • Communicate regularly with ownership and Stretch Zone corporate representatives.
Qualifications
  • Experience managing multiple locations or leading a high-volume sales and service operation.
  • Strong sales background with demonstrated success achieving revenue and conversion goals.
  • Experience coaching employees and holding teams accountable for measurable results.
  • Ability to interpret financial and operating reports and translate findings into action.
  • Experience with hiring, scheduling, performance management, and labor-cost control.
  • Strong judgment, communication, organization, and follow-through.
  • Ability to travel regularly between both studios and work some evenings or weekends.
  • Fitness, wellness, membership sales, hospitality, or related experience is preferred.
  • Must complete and maintain required Stretch Zone certification within the established training period. Previous certification is preferred but not required.
