Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations of a regional multifamily portfolio
Drive occupancy, NOI, resident satisfaction, and expense control
Lead, coach, and develop Property Managers and onsite teams
Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, safety standards, and company policies
Conduct regular property inspections and performance reviews
Analyze financial and operational reports; implement improvement strategies
Support hiring, training, and performance management initiatives
Partner with ownership and senior leadership to execute business plans
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
5+ years of multifamily property management experience
2+ years as a Regional Manager strongly preferred
Proven success overseeing multi-site or large portfolios
Strong financial acumen with experience driving NOI
Hands-on leadership style with a track record of developing teams
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software
