    Description

    MAU is hiring a Regional Manager in Greenville, SC. As a Regional Manager, you will lead, support, and expand Managed Services and Outsourcing operations while developing high-performing leaders, driving continuous improvement, ensuring operational and financial performance, and supporting a world-class safety culture. This is a Direct-Hire position.

    Shift Information

    • Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

    Required Education and Experience

    • Bachelor's degree OR High School Diploma/GED with 7-10 years of Human Resources, Finance, Warehouse, and Production Management experience
    • Lean Green Belt equivalent

    Essential Functions

    • Support, lead, and expand Managed Services and Outsourcing locations across the country
    • Modify and develop operational business models to meet market demand across manufacturing operations and distribution center environments
    • Lead and develop direct reports to support growth capacity and ensure MAU operational deliverables are achieved
    • Maintain layered connected checking to ensure quality service and support a world-class safety culture
    • Establish and manage operations budgets for all sites and review expense controls monthly
    • Lead budget development with a focus on forecasting margins, labor costs, and expense requirements
    • Develop leadership teams to strengthen the talent pipeline and prepare for customer growth
    • Expand business through organic growth and engagement with new opportunities
    • Serve as a subject matter expert during new customer engagements and industry-related initiatives
    • Ensure business deliverables are achieved through active engagement with Site Managers and General Managers, including Gemba walks and Leader Standard Work checks
    • Mentor direct reports on process improvement opportunities and promote a culture of continuous improvement throughout operations
    • Negotiate contracts to maximize gross margin
    • Share relevant market information with customers to influence contract changes and identify organic growth opportunities
    • Actively participate in corporate strategic planning and drive critical priorities throughout leadership teams
    • Promote a strong safety culture across all customer locations
    • Audit safety compliance, including ICI/Process Map investigations, behavior-based observations, incident investigation quality, corrective actions, employee recognition, and training system compliance

    Work Environment and Physical Demands

    • Work environments are determined by customer facilities and may include both administrative and manufacturing settings
    • Routinely uses standard office equipment, including computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines
    • Customer locations may include process manufacturing equipment and heavy industrial vehicles
    • Environments may range from non-temperature-controlled facilities to GMP clean-room environments

    Physical Requirements

    • Ability to stand, walk, or sit for up to 8 hours
    • Ability to climb flights of stairs multiple times per day
    • Ability to tour manufacturing facilities

    Travel

    • 50%-75% travel required
