THE REGIONAL MANAGER ROLE

As a Regional Manager, you’ll lead 3-5 locations. Yes, you’ll help drive sales, profitability, operations, and speed of service, but your REAL job is coaching, mentoring, developing, and inspiring teams.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You’d probably crush this role if you’ve got:

• 3+ years of multi-unit leadership experience in multi-unit, QSR, coffee, or restaurant concepts (required)
• Hands-on leadership style, in stores every day, not managing from a distance
• Strong track record of driving customer experience, sales, profitability, and operational performance across multiple units
• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while keeping a people-first mindset
• Comfortable owning metrics, P&L, and performance targets, and improving them
• You bring energy, positivity, and a leadership style that fits the 151 Coffee vibe
