Regional Maintenance Manager Gateway Management Company is currently seeking a Regional Maintenance Manager for a select group of our apartment communities supporting Atlanta Metro and other Georgia based properties. This position is a remote/Field-based opportunity for the right candidate. The Regional Maintenance Manager, under the direction of the Regional Property Manger & VP of Maintenance will be responsible for maintaining a high level of quality and efficiency of all aspects of the maintenance operations within the assigned group of properties and GMC sites.
