The Texas Democratic Party is seeking Regional GOTV Directors to join our Texas Together 2026 Coordinated Campaign, supporting Talarico for Texas and Democratic candidates up and down the ballot. Regionals will manage, develop, and support a team of GOTV Organizers to build execute a large-scale voter contact effort across their region. They are responsible for maintaining high-standards of execution via coaching, feedback, and troubleshooting with organizers, solving problems in real time, and ensuring the GOTV Leadership team has insight into the day to day needs of the team on the ground.
This position will begin the week of August 17 and end November 15, 2026.
Regional GOTV Directors are compensated at $6,000 per month, with a one-time $500 GOTV Stipend.
Regional GOTV Directors are eligible for generous benefits including health care, vision, and dental insurance and stipends for cell phone and eligible transit.
The Texas Democratic Party staff are proudly unionized. This position is represented by IBEW Local 220. Regional GOTV Directors are eligible for union membership in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.

Regional GOTV Directors work full time and are exempt.
This is an intensive, time-limited role at a pivotal moment for Texas Democrats. Organizers should expect long days and a 6 day workweek beginning in August as the campaign scales toward Election Day. We anticipate working 60+ hours per week and will end the campaign on 7 day work weeks.
