Position Overview

The Regional General Manager will oversee operations across multiple locations and be responsible for people leadership, business performance, operational consistency, and growth. This role is highly hands-on and requires someone who can balance day-to-day execution with broader regional strategy.

• Lead and develop managers and frontline teams.
• Support team culture and operational consistency.
• Manage financial and operational performance metrics.
• Drive accountability across the organization.
• Support growth and integration efforts.
• Partner with leadership on strategy and execution.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate is a people-first leader with strong business judgment, operational discipline, and experience leading field-based teams. Prior leadership in service-based environments and P&L exposure are preferred.

Work Environment

This is an on-site regional leadership role with local travel as needed.

Compensation

Low $200Ks OTE, with bonus opportunity
