    Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

      • Analyze financial and operational data and provide information to assist senior management in making good business decisions.
      • Perform other ad-hoc reporting and analyses for the organization
      • Creating and managing forecasts, budgets, and quarterly outlooks
      • Forecast performance for potential acquisitions and existing stores
      • Assist in maintaining financial statements and statements of cash flow to maximize net income
      • Participate in monthly leadership calls to communicate financial health of the business.
      • Partner with district management on making financial decisions that affect their properties
      • Work cross-functionally, assisting with interdepartmental projects and processes
      • Collaborate with the Data and IT teams on the successful implementation of a new Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solution
      • In office scheduling requirements are determined by your supervisor and are subject to change at any time.
      • Additional duties as assigned

      Education and/or Experience Requirements: 

      ·         Bachelor’s Degree or similar experience in related position preferred.

      ·         Strong verbal/written communication skills

      ·         Ability to work independently as well as in groups.

      ·         Highly organized with an aptitude for problem-solving

      ·         Strong computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

      ·         Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy and confidentiality

      ·         Great time management

      ·         Exceptional presentation and analytical skills

      ·         Advanced knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP’s, formulas, pivot tables, etc.)

      ·         Knowledge of SQL preferred, but not required

       Language Skills:  Must be fluent in speaking and writing the English language.

      Work Hours:  In a typical week, this position requires a minimum of 40 hours with regular and predictable attendance. Occasional weekends may be required.
