Regional Finance Director
Salary: $180,000 - $200,000 Base
Located in Tualatin, OR (onsite)

Key Responsibilities for the Regional Finance Director:
- Lead financial operations for three manufacturing facilities and oversee consolidated financial reporting
- Direct budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, and financial analysis activities
- Partner with operations leadership to improve profitability and support business growth initiatives
- Lead finance team development, mentoring, performance management, and succession planning
- Support ERP implementation, reporting enhancements, and process improvement initiatives
- Identify financial risks, opportunities, and cost-saving initiatives across the region
Qualifications for the Regional Finance Director:
- 10+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience with manufacturing leadership experience required
- Multi-site manufacturing finance experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field; CPA and/or MBA preferred
- Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and ERP systems
