Regional Facilities ManagerJob Description Summary
The Regional Facilities Manager provides leadership and oversight for a portfolio of mission-critical data center facilities and leads a team of Facilities Managers, Assistant Facilities Managers, and Facility Coordinators.This role is responsible for ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient facility operations while maintaining compliance with client requirements, contractual obligations, and Cushman & Wakefield standards. Serving as the primary regional client contact, the Regional Facilities Manager partners closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional service, drive operational performance, and achieve financial objectives across the portfolio. This role involves ongoing partnership with the Account Director, Engineering Director, Finance Team, Operations Team, and vendor partners.The successful candidate is a client-focused leader with demonstrated experience in mission-critical facilities, including data centers, telecommunications, healthcare, and other critical infrastructure environments. They possess the expertise to build trusted client relationships, develop high-performing teams, maintain operational visibility across multiple sites, and solve complex operational challenges in a fast-paced environment.Job Description
