Regional Educator & Expert Esthetician

BABOR is looking for a Regional Educator and Expert Esthetician to support our growing Day Spa, Med Spa, Hotel & Resort and Retail channels.. Candidates must hold a current esthetician license and have a minimum of 3 years' experience as an esthetician in a prestige spa / med spa environment. Experience as an educator / trainer in skincare is a plus. The position brings stability and room to grow personally and professionally in a dynamic and inspiring work environment.

Job Description

As Regional Educator you will promote BABOR products and treatments through education of brand philosophy, product knowledge, hands on training of the BABOR expert techniques and retail sales in a professional manner. This position has a fundamental role to build strong partnerships with spa associates, estheticians, therapists and Spa Directors to attain new business, grow existing business and to expand brand awareness.

Job Duties:

• Travel throughout the region to host on-site training in our partner locations.
• Coach, train and inspire spa associates and professional estheticians / therapists to provide a superior standard of treatments for outstanding customer experience in order to grow their loyal clientele business and retail sales.
• Perform treatment demonstrations to key prospects to support new business development.
• Contribute to the creation of effective training tools including PowerPoint, Word and Excel documents and video content.
• Host virtual training sessions customized to the Partner's needs.
• Deliver unparalleled customer service and support to existing and new BABOR partners.
• Support the company's sales and marketing strategies.
• Contribute social media content, host, and support BABOR Instagram Live events
• Create and record content for BABOR's eLearning platform.
• As a BABOR Expert Esthetician host live skincare consultations for VIPs, influencers and customers.
• Plan and prepare for trainings including booking travel, pre training communication with spa partners, creation of the training agenda, ordering product and gratis, detailed education reports.
• Host training for new and existing BABOR employees.
• Participate and support events.
• Provide guidance, support and assistance to customers and colleagues.
• Demonstrate professionalism, friendliness, refinement, and confidence when communicating with customers and colleagues.
