Hotel Regional Director of Sales — Northern Indiana (Marriott / Hilton / IHG) Pay: $80,000–$95,000 a year + quarterly bonus potential Location: South Bend / Mishawaka, IN · Multi-property cluster · Full-time · Outside sales About the role Lead sales across JSK Hospitality's Northern Indiana hotels (Marriott, Hilton, and IHG brands). You own the regional sales plan, coach the property sales team, and personally open corporate, group, and SMERF business. Hotel sales leadership required. What you'll do - Hit booking and revenue goals across the cluster and support STR / market-share targets - Build and run sales strategy by brand and property - Coach DOS / sales managers on prospecting, pricing, and closing - Use STAR and competitive data to find demand we're missing - Own key accounts from first call through contract - Partner with GMs so sold groups operate cleanly - Represent the portfolio at client meetings, tradeshows, and events What you need - 5+ years of hotel sales management (DOS, DOSM, or Regional DOS) required - Proven multi-property or cluster revenue results - Experience with Delphi (or similar hotel CRM), STAR reports, and group contracts - Valid driver's license and regional travel for outside calls - Bachelor's in hospitality, business, or marketing preferred Benefits Quarterly bonus potential · Medical, dental, vision · PTO · Hotel discounts · EAP · Promote-from-within across a growing portfolio JSK Hospitality is an equal opportunity employer. |
