Scope: Oversight of ~10 dialysis centers, ~200 teammates
Financial Accountability: Full P&L responsibility for a $30 $50 million portfolio
Position Summary:
- We are seeking an inspiring and motivated executive to join our team as a Regional Director of Operations (RDO). In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for managing a network of approximately 10 outpatient dialysis centers across Northern Virginia. You will lead a team of clinical and operational professionals while ensuring safe, efficient, and ethical patient care. This role holds full strategic, operational, and financial accountability for your assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop 10 12 direct reports (Facility Administrators), inspiring a collaborative, high-performing culture aligned with our mission and core values.
- Operational & Financial Management: Full ownership of regional operations, including budget, revenue growth, labor management, and clinical outcomes.
- Strategic Growth Execution: Identify, develop, and execute strategic plans to drive patient census growth, expand service capabilities, and ensure successful integration of acquisitions.
- Performance Oversight: Monitor and improve clinic performance using data-driven decision-making. Drive outcomes aligned with KPIs and patient care benchmarks.
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure adherence to all clinical, safety, and operational regulations, while maintaining high standards of patient care.

- Collaboration: Partner with divisional and corporate leadership to align regional initiatives with broader organizational goals. Work with clinic Medical Directors to drive clinical excellence.

Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree (Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field).
- 5+ years of leadership experience in a multi-site healthcare or operations environment.
- Experience managing managers and leading high-performing teams.
- Proficiency in data analysis, report generation (Excel), and executive presentations (PowerPoint).
- Proven ability to drive operational performance and meet financial targets.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel 25 50% (overnight as needed).
Preferred:
- MBA or advanced degree.
- Experience in healthcare operations, preferably in a regulated or clinical setting.
- Track record of successful change management and growth execution.
