Regional Director of Operations (RDO)

Texas Region | Enable Dental

Base Salary + Lucrative Performance Bonus

Executive-Level Leadership Opportunity in High-Growth Healthcare

Lead a High-Growth Region. Build Teams. Drive Impact. Change Lives.

Are you a high-impact operational leader who thrives in fast-paced, multi-market healthcare environments? Do you have the strategic mindset, leadership presence, and operational discipline to scale teams and drive measurable performance across a region?

Enable Dental is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Director of Operations (RDO) to lead and support multiple Texas markets during an exciting phase of rapid expansion across the state. This is a unique opportunity to join a mission-driven healthcare organization transforming access to dental care for underserved populations.

This is not a back-office operations role. This is a high-visibility leadership opportunity where your decisions directly impact patient care, operational success, regional growth, and the future expansion of a mission-driven healthcare organization.

If you are energized by leading people, optimizing operations, driving growth, and building scalable systems—while making a meaningful impact on patients’ lives—this role is for you.

About Enable Dental

We provide comprehensive mobile dental services directly to patients in assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, PACE programs, and other community-based settings. Through innovative mobile healthcare technology and an exceptional clinical team, we improve oral health outcomes and enhance quality of life for thousands of patients who otherwise face barriers to care.

As one of the fastest-growing mobile healthcare organizations in the region, we are building a high-performance culture centered on:

  • Operational excellence
  • Accountability
  • Innovation
  • Compassionate patient care
  • Team collaboration
