Description
Location: Supports multiple Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) within the assigned region: DFW & El Paso (travel required)
Schedule: Full‑time, exempt role with routine regional travel and occasional overnight stays
Reports to: VP of Clinical Operations

Job Summary
The Regional Director of Clinical Services provides clinical leadership, regulatory oversight, and operational support for multiple Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) across an assigned region. This role is responsible for ensuring high‑quality resident care, survey readiness, clinical compliance, quality outcomes, and adherence to federal, state, and local regulations governing long‑term care operations.

This position serves as a key resource for clinical education, compliance, quality assurance, and leadership development across the region.
