Regional Director of Clinical Operations - Wisconsin

Eden Senior Care, founded in 2016, is a growing Healthcare Management company, focused on managing and operating Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation and Assisted Living communities in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Indiana and Alabama. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Director of Clinical Operations to support ourWisconsin region, with a focus on communities in Milwaukee, Evansville, Platteville, and Fond du Lac. Residency in the southern region is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight across multiple Skilled Nursing Facility communities.
• Partner with LNHA, Directors of Nursing, and Care Teams to ensure high‑quality care and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor and support on‑site clinical teams in infection control, clinical standards, and best practices.
• Assist in developing, implementing, and reviewing clinical policies and procedures.
• Conduct routine site visits, audits, and assessments to evaluate clinical performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Facilitate clinical training programs to strengthen competencies and ensure adherence to company standards.
• Collaborate with corporate leadership to maintain alignment with organizational goals and initiatives.
• Participate in quality improvement efforts and contribute to strategies that enhance resident outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Active Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• At least 2 years of multi‑site or regional clinical leadership experience required.
• Strong survey/regulatory knowledge in Southern Wisconsin, particularly Southeast Wisconsin, is a major plus.
• Vent experience is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical leadership experience in Long‑Term Care or Skilled Nursing.
• Ability to travel within Wisconsin areas (up to 70%).
• Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and critical‑thinking skills.
• Commitment to promoting quality care and supporting positive team culture.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with staff education, mentoring, and skill development.
• Familiarity with EHR systems, including PointClickCare (PCC).
• Certified Trainer or CBRF Instructor certification is a plus.
