Medical Edge Recruiting is seeking an experienced Regional Director for our client to lead our four medical spa locations across the DallasFort Worth Metroplex.
We are looking for a hands-on leader with a strong background in the medical aesthetics industry, preferably someone who has experience both as a provider and in multi-unit management. This individual will serve as the primary management presence across the DFW region and will be responsible for developing our people, strengthening operations, and driving the sales performance and profitability of the portfolio.
This is not a remote or desk-based position. Our Regional Director will be in the locations, alongside our clinic teams, providers, and corporate leadership identifying opportunities, solving problems, and ensuring that each Med Spa is positioned for long-term success.
What You'll Lead- Oversee the operations, sales performance, and profitability of all four DFW Med Spas.
- Maintain an active presence across the region, overseeing at least one location each working day, five days per week.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop Med Spa Managers, providers, patient coordinators, and staff.
- Build a high-performance culture centered around accountability, teamwork, sales growth, and an exceptional patient experience.
- Identify performance gaps and implement solutions to improve individual locations and the portfolio as a whole.
- Review monthly P&Ls and actively manage revenue, expenses, staffing, productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
- Ensure consistent execution of company policies, operational standards, and applicable industry regulations, including HIPAA.
- Coordinate quarterly Red Carpet events and partner with corporate leadership on marketing, advertising, and hiring initiatives.
What Success Looks Like
The Regional Director will have direct accountability for the performance of each location and the DFW portfolio collectively.
Success will also be measured through profitability, expense management, team development, provider productivity, operational consistency, patient experience, and overall portfolio growth.
Who We're Looking For
Our ideal candidate brings significant medical spa or aesthetics experience, with provider experience strongly preferred and previous multi-unit management or regional leadership experience highly valued.
You should be an energetic, accountable leader who is comfortable developing people, analyzing business performance, making decisions, and working directly alongside your teams to produce results.
The Regional Director will be supported by an established corporate infrastructure, including our ownership team, Director of Development & Business Growth, marketing resources, and fully in-house accounting and administrative team, including our parent company's CFO.
