Regional Director - Full-time

New Dawn ABA is a growing provider of expert autism therapy services for children across Missouri. We’re seeking a Regional Director to lead and support our St. Louis, MO region, helping children and families access high-quality ABA services while guiding a dedicated clinical team.

Position Details – Regional Director

1. Type: Full-time, hybrid (St. Louis, MO; 3 days per week onsite)
2. Pay: $80,000–$100,000 per year (salary)
3. Schedule: Typically Monday–Friday, with some flexibility based on regional needs

What You'll Do (Regional Director)

1. Provide regional leadership and oversight for ABA services across the St. Louis area
2. Support, mentor, and clinically guide BCBAs and behavior technicians in your region
3. Ensure high-quality, ethical ABA service delivery aligned with New Dawn ABA standards
4. Collaborate with families, schools, and community partners to support client progress
5. Monitor regional performance, caseloads, and staffing needs; escalate issues as needed
6. Partner with leadership on growth, process improvements, and implementation of initiatives

What We're Looking For – Regional Director

1. Able to visit anywhere in St. Louis 3 days per week for onsite work
2. Must live within 30 minutes of St. Louis city center
3. Active BCBA certification
4. Active Missouri LBA
5. Minimum 3 years of experience practicing as a BCBA
6. Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
