Regional Customer Service Manager/Admin Supervisor

Overview: The Regional Customer Service Manager / Administrative Supervisor coordinates the regional administrative function including the enforcement of policies, training and cross-training regional administrative/office personnel and the administering of monthly reports. However, employees who have access to the compensation information of other employees or applicants as a part of their essential job functions cannot disclose the pay of other employees or applicants to individuals who do not otherwise have access to compensation information, unless the disclosure is (a) in response to a formal complaint or charge, (b) in furtherance of an investigation, proceeding, hearing, or action, including an investigation conducted by the employer, or (c) consistent with the contractor’s legal duty to furnish information.

Overview:

The Regional Customer Service Manager / Administrative Supervisor  coordinates the regional administrative function including the enforcement of policies,  training and cross-training regional administrative/office personnel and the administering of monthly reports. This position reports to the Regional Vice President Distribution.

Responsibilities:

 

• Implements and supports management information system (MIS) for warehouse and office operating systems. (ADMIN)
• Distribute procedures and ensures proper training for appropriate personnel after initial customer account procedures have been identified.
• Ensure cross-training of administrative personnel on monthly reports.
• Ensures that accurate physical inventories and reconciliations are completed on a timely manner.
• Maintains important legal and customer documents including building lease and customer files at the regional level.
• Develops and coordinates special events within the region.
• Reviews regional aged accounts receivables.
• Initiates sales calls at discretion of Regional Vice President on administrative concerns with accounts.
• Coordinates with Safety Department on the reporting of theft and injuries.
• Produces reports including weekly Flash, P&L review.
• Assists in corporate and facility manual audits to ensure facility compliance.
• Assists on projects as directed by Regional Vice President.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required, Associates Degree preferred
• At least 10 years of Manager/Supervision experience.
• Management of a Customer Service Department
• Experience in Distribution/fulfillment center, preferred
• Computer applications using MS Office based software.
• Must be flexible in adapting to changing environments
• Must work within confidentiality nature of role
• KRONOS, payroll system experience
• Human resources experience preferred.
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Bi-lingual (Spanish) is preferred, not required.

We are excited to share that the base salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $95,000.00.  This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, targeted at 3%.  NFI takes into consideration applicants' qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location when determining a starting rate of pay.
