    Job Title: Regional Coordinator
    Location:Western North Carolina
    Employment Type: Full-time
    Salary: Starting at $60,000 annually

    About the Role

    Working under the supervision of the Area Director, the Regional Coordinator is responsible for the supervision and coordination of all clinical and financial aspects of their assigned region. This role provides oversight of Managers, Coordinators, Team Leaders, and regional administrative staff.

    The Regional Coordinator also serves as a liaison with referring agents, ensures compliance with quality management standards, and oversees the delivery of clinical and operational services in alignment with Clarvida’s mission, policies, and procedures.

    Responsibilities

    • Supervise and coordinate clinical and financial operations within the assigned region
    • Provide oversight and leadership to Managers, Coordinators, Team Leaders, and regional administrative staff
    • Support the effective management and delivery of regional programs and services
    • Monitor clinical operations to ensure services are delivered in alignment with Clarvida’s mission, policies, and procedures
    • Oversee financial aspects of assigned regional operations
    • Serve as a liaison with referring agents and other key stakeholders
    • Ensure compliance with applicable quality management standards
    • Provide leadership and supervision to regional teams and programs
    • Support effective communication and coordination among clinical, operational, and administrative staff
    • Monitor regional operations to promote quality, consistency, and effective service delivery
    • Maintain strong attention to detail in overseeing clinical, financial, and administrative responsibilities
    • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and other applicable tools to support regional operations, documentation, and communication

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Services
    • Five (5) years of related experience and/or training
    • Experience working in social services or nonprofit organizations
    • Strong leadership and supervisory skills with demonstrated ability to manage teams and programs
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
    • Strong attention to detail

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Master’s degree in Human Services
    • Clinical licensure (LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, LP)
