We are seeking a dynamic manufacturing leader to drive financial excellence and operational performance managing multiple manufacturing locations with oversight of multiple controllers. In this role, you will align the local strategic financial plan by setting clear goals, defining key activities, and ensuring strong execution across the operation. You will lead monthly and year‑end closing processes, oversee accurate reporting, and manage the Annual Operating Plan-including budget monitoring, KPI development, and cross‑functional improvement initiatives.
As the leader of the multiple sites Controlling function, you partner with the site leader to strengthen financial accuracy and transparency through improved tools and processes while driving strategic planning and results.
Most importantly, you will lead by example-developing talent, supporting workforce planning, shaping a strong succession pipeline, and fostering a proactive, collaborative culture rooted in our Guiding Principles.
