Experience with month-end close, financial reporting, general ledger, balance sheet, cost accounting, and internal controls. This is a senior leadership position focused on financial accounting, reporting, controls, and process improvement across multiple manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial accounting and controllership activities across the region
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close and financial reporting
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial statements and balance sheets
• Provide financial oversight across multiple manufacturing locations
• Lead and develop a team of accounting and finance professionals, including several Controllers
• Oversee internal controls, audits, compliance, and accounting policies
• Partner with operations and business leadership on financial performance
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, systems, and reporting
• Support ERP implementations and finance transformation initiatives
• Establish consistent accounting practices and controls across locations

Ideal Background

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA or other accounting designation preferred
• Significant experience in financial accounting and controllership
• Experience as a Plant Controller, Business Unit Controller, Division Controller, Regional Controller, or similar
• Strong manufacturing or industrial experience
• Experience with month-end close, financial reporting, general ledger, balance sheet, cost accounting, and internal controls
• Experience leading and developing accounting teams
• Strong ERP experience; SAP experience is highly preferred
• Comfortable partnering with plant and operational leadership
• Hands-on leadership style with a track record of improving processes
