Reports To: Director of Operations

Lead People. Own Operations. Drive Results.

NexGen Medical Centers is growing, and we're looking for experienced Regional Clinic Managers to lead daily operations across multiple medical clinics.

This isn't a traditional office manager position. We're looking for confident, hands-on leaders who can manage employees, make decisions, solve problems, and hold teams accountable without constant oversight.

If you're experienced in healthcare management, comfortable addressing performance concerns, and take pride in running efficient operations, we want to hear from you.

Available Regions:
We are hiring two Regional Clinic Managers, each responsible for overseeing a designated group of NexGen Medical Centers locations.

Region 1 – Metro Atlanta
  • Atlanta, GA
  • Riverdale, GA
  • Marietta, GA
Region 2 – Northeast & East Metro Atlanta
  • Lawrenceville, GA
  • Conyers, GA
  • Oakwood, GA
  • Cumming, GA
Each manager will regularly travel between their assigned clinics to provide onsite leadership, ensure operational consistency, and support employees.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

  • Lead Multiple Clinics: Oversee daily operations, patient flow, clinic readiness, and overall efficiency across assigned locations.
  • Manage & Develop Employees: Directly supervise Medical Assistants and Front Desk teams, address attendance and performance concerns, provide coaching, and conduct evaluations.
  • Own Staffing & Coverage: Manage call-outs, coordinate employee coverage between clinics, and resolve routine staffing challenges.
  • Ensure Compliance: Enforce established policies and SOPs, monitor documentation accuracy, conduct clinic audits, and follow through on corrective actions.
  • Maintain Operational Standards: Oversee inventory compliance, medication security, facility readiness, and employee training progress.
You'll work directly with the Director of Operations while maintaining the independence to manage routine challenges and make decisions within established guidelines.

What We're Looking For:

Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare operations, medical office management, or a similar leadership role.
  • Proven experience directly supervising employees and addressing performance concerns.
  • Strong understanding of medical office workflows, patient scheduling, and clinical support operations.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, resolve conflicts, and make independent decisions.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Working knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare compliance requirements.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel regularly between assigned clinics.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous multi-site healthcare management experience.
  • Experience supervising both Medical Assistants and Front Desk teams.
  • Experience in pain management, orthopedics, or personal injury medical practices.
  • Familiarity with Charm EHR and Zoho CRM.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish.
The Leader We're Looking For:
We're looking for someone who:

  • Takes ownership instead of waiting for direction.
  • Addresses employee performance concerns rather than avoiding difficult conversations.
  • Finds solutions instead of simply escalating problems.
  • Holds employees accountable while maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Communicates proactively and follows through on commitments.
  • Can successfully manage multiple clinics while maintaining consistent operational standards.
Schedule & Travel:
Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Lunch: One-hour lunch break daily

Regular travel between assigned NexGen Medical Centers locations is required. Flexibility may be necessary to address operational needs.
