Mytech Partners is adding a Regional Client Success Team Manager to lead the team responsible for keeping our existing clients thriving - quarterly business reviews, technology roadmaps, and growing the relationship after the sale. This is a newly created regional leadership role reporting directly to our VP of Sales.

This position may be based in New Brighton, MN; Denver, CO; or San Antonio, TX and serves as a key leadership role with responsibility for supporting and overseeing operations across all four markets. The successful candidate will provide strategic direction, drive consistency in processes and programs, and partner closely with local leadership teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Due to the multi-market scope of this role, regular travel to all four markets is required to maintain strong business relationships, support operational needs, and ensure effective execution of initiatives across locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Client Success reps who own the ongoing relationship with our existing clients after the initial sale.
• Own your region''s quarterly business review and technology roadmap cadence, making sure every active account has a current plan.
• Drive growth within existing accounts: project work, consulting engagements, and expanding managed services agreements.
• Own account retention across your region, watching performance branch by branch so one struggling location never hides inside a good regional number.
• Build out a still-growing team of technical account specialists as that function expands.
• Partner closely with the General Manager in each of your markets, and coordinate hand-offs with our Outside Sales and Sales Support teams.
• Travel Requirement: Regular travel to all four markets is required. This role maintains an active presence across locations and requires flexibility to travel routinely in support of employees, leadership, and operational needs.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or a consultative technical sales role, ideally in IT services or another B2B technical environment.
• Experience leading or coaching a team, not just carrying your own book of accounts.
• Comfortable running a structured quarterly business review and technology roadmap process with clients at multiple levels, from IT staff to executives.
• A growth mindset - you see every existing client as a relationship to deepen, not just maintain.
