10-4 Logistics USA is hiring full-time W2 Class A CDL Drivers based in Shreveport, LA. Opportunities are available in OTR, Regional, and Dedicated fleets, with most routes operating east of I‑35. We provide steady freight, reliable home time, modern equipment, and a comprehensive pay and benefits package that begins on day one. We hire experienced drivers and also accept recent CDL school graduates through a paid training program for qualified candidates with at least 120 hours of instruction.

Typical day on the job
Safely operate a Class A tractor‑trailer in compliance with DOT and company regulations
Haul no‑touch dry van freight, approximately 70% drop‑and‑hook, for major customers across the Eastern U.S.
Manage schedules to meet pickup and delivery commitments
Maintain accurate ELD logs, trip reports, and DVIRs
Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and team members
Perform daily pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections
Who we are looking for
Valid Class A CDL
Experienced drivers are welcome; new graduates with at least 120 training hours may qualify for paid training
Satisfactory driving record and a strong safety focus
Able to pass DOT physical and pre‑employment drug test
