Location: Lake Charles, LA — 10-4 Logistics USA is hiring full‑time W2 Class A CDL drivers. Opportunities are available in OTR, Regional, and Dedicated fleets, with routes primarily east of I‑35. We provide steady freight, reliable home time, and a competitive pay and benefits package. Modern trucks and full benefits begin on day one. We hire experienced drivers and also recent CDL school graduates through a paid training program for qualified candidates with at least 120 hours of instruction.

  • Compensation
    • Earn $1,400 to $1,800 per week, paid by direct deposit every Friday. Exact pay depends on experience and route.

  • Paid training

  • Home time

  • Typical day on the job
    • Safely operate a Class A tractor‑trailer in accordance with DOT and company rules
    • Haul no‑touch dry van freight, approximately 70% drop‑and‑hook, for major customers across the Eastern U.S.
    • Manage schedules to meet pickup and delivery commitments
    • Keep accurate ELD logs, trip reports, and DVIRs
    • Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and team members
    • Perform daily pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections
  • Who we are looking for
    • Valid Class A CDL
    • Experienced drivers welcome; new graduates considered if they have at least 120 hours of CDL instruction
