Location: Lake Charles, LA — 10-4 Logistics USA is hiring full‑time W2 Class A CDL drivers. Opportunities are available in OTR, Regional, and Dedicated fleets, with routes primarily east of I‑35. We provide steady freight, reliable home time, and a competitive pay and benefits package. Modern trucks and full benefits begin on day one. We hire experienced drivers and also recent CDL school graduates through a paid training program for qualified candidates with at least 120 hours of instruction.

- Earn $1,400 to $1,800 per week, paid by direct deposit every Friday. Exact pay depends on experience and route.

- Paid training

- Home time
- Weekly or every two weeks, depending on fleet assignment.
- Typical day on the job
- Safely operate a Class A tractor‑trailer in accordance with DOT and company rules
- Haul no‑touch dry van freight, approximately 70% drop‑and‑hook, for major customers across the Eastern U.S.
- Manage schedules to meet pickup and delivery commitments
- Keep accurate ELD logs, trip reports, and DVIRs
- Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and team members
- Perform daily pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections

- Valid Class A CDL
