Regional CDL-A Truck Driver - Home Weekly Reset

10-4 Logistics USA is hiring CDL-A regional drivers for its Northeast fleet based in Middletown, Delaware. This position offers consistent weekly home time, mileage-based pay, and a $4,000 sign-on bonus. Drivers typically haul regional freight from northern North Carolina through Maine and as far west as eastern Ohio, with home time on Saturdays and Sundays.

• $4,000 sign-on bonus
• $0.80–$0.85 per mile
• Home Saturday and Sunday for a 34-hour reset
• Average of 1,500 miles per week, depending on hours and freight availability
• Average length of haul of approximately 400 miles
• Up to a 3 CPM performance bonus based on safety, mileage, and productivity
• Additional stop pay, detention pay, and Long Island delivery pay
• 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth tractors
• Medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off

Top regional drivers on this fleet earn up to $1,850 per week. Additional pay includes $20 for the first stop, $35 for the second stop, $50 for the third stop and each additional stop, $65 for Long Island deliveries, and $12.50 per hour in detention pay after two hours.

Drivers haul a mix of live loads and preloaded trailers throughout the Northeast regional network. The operating area generally extends from Virginia to Maine, with typical freight moving from northern North Carolina through Maine and as far west as eastern Ohio. Occasional routes outside the primary area may be assigned to help maximize miles while maintaining weekly reset time.

Drivers who choose to remain on the road instead of returning home for their weekly reset may be able to run additional weekend freight for extra miles and pay. Willingness to drive in New York City is preferred but not required.

• Valid Class A CDL
• At least three months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
